1. What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

If you receive a damaged order, please contact us immediately via Whatsapp. Including the order number and photos of the damage so we can process your claim and offer you a solution, which can be a replacement or a refund.

2. Can I return a product that I do not like?

Yes, you can return a product you don't like as long as it is in its original, unused condition. Be sure to initiate the return process within the period allowed by Amazon.

3. Is there a charge for returning a product?

In general, shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer, unless the product arrives defective or incorrect. In these cases, we cover the return shipping costs.

4. What do I do if I did not receive a refund after returning a product?
